Mazda CX-3 - recreation

The name of this new model could be Mazda CX-3 although it is too early to give the final go. Reach the market over 2014 to join the other new models in which the Japanese brand is working to renew its entire current range.

Among these new models that are coming are a new Mazda MX-5 Roadster, among others. For this new CX-3 engineers utilized as SkyActiv technologies, which is a new way of developing the chassis (among other things) to save weight.

Mechanically, the new CX-3 would use a new 1.6-liter diesel engine to deliver the most efficient consumption and low emissions. To get an idea, the most efficient engine of the Mazda CX-5 is a 2.0-liter with emissions of 119 g / km, so in this case, the new Japanese small SUV could eventually offer CO2 emissions of 95 g / km.

Moreover, Mazda also leave the door closed and petrol engines which, if true the latest information that has been published in various media, is working on a 1.3-liter turbo engine.

In another area, and although it is too early to say the kind of traction that uses the Mazda CX-3, could make use of two-wheel drive. The price? Be around 16,000 euros and hit the market in mid-2014. Although currently Mazda has refused to confirm much of this information, we give it the importance it deserves and that in most cases this will be true. It is said that where there's smoke there is fire.
